2. Services Provided

381 Logistics LLC provides the following services:

  • Over-the-road (OTR) freight transportation across all 48 contiguous U.S. states
  • Dispatch services for independent owner-operators
  • Freight brokerage and carrier matching
  • DOT compliance consulting and driver qualification file management
  • Factoring assistance and settlement processing support
  • 24/7 driver and operational support

All services are subject to separate written agreements between 381 Logistics LLC and the client or owner-operator. Submission of the contact form does not constitute a service agreement or guarantee of service availability.

3. Owner-Operator & Carrier Agreement

Independent owner-operators and carriers who partner with 381 Logistics LLC agree to the following:

  • Maintain valid CDL, MC authority, and all required FMCSA operating credentials
  • Operate in full compliance with all applicable DOT, FMCSA, and state regulations
  • Maintain adequate cargo and liability insurance as specified in the carrier agreement
  • Comply with ELD mandate requirements and hours-of-service regulations
  • Not misrepresent equipment type, condition, or operating authority
  • Adhere to all load-specific requirements, delivery windows, and broker instructions

381 Logistics LLC reserves the right to terminate a carrier relationship immediately for violations of safety standards, FMCSA regulations, or dishonest business practices.

4. Lease-Purchase Program Disclosure

Participation in any lease-purchase program offered by or through 381 Logistics LLC is subject to a separate written lease-purchase agreement. Terms including weekly payments, mileage requirements, maintenance responsibilities, and buyout options will be fully disclosed prior to signing. Prospective participants are encouraged to review all documents carefully and seek independent legal counsel before entering any lease-purchase arrangement.

5. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Infringe on the rights of any third party
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without written permission
